To place orders give us a call, fax or email the order in. Standards in stock will ship in 24 to 48 hours; custom orders will ship in three or more weeks. Please send in a dummy round with your custom order, your own print, or use one of our on-line blank prints.

Once your order has been placed, it is sent through for immediate processing. Any changes to your original order will incur an additional $25.00 fee

We accept payment by Company Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, COD and of course Visa and Mastercard.

SHIPPING

U.S.A.

We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified for shipments with in the USA (Hawaii and Alaska - Priority Mail). Packages valued $500 or more are shipped insured.

We do not hold multiple orders. Expect any backordered parts to ship within 30 days.

International

Overseas orders will be shipped using USPS and depending on value will ship First Class International. Pacific Tool and Gauge will not be held responsible for lost overseas shipments.

RETURNS

Returns for credit or replacement must be pre-authorized by Pacific Tool and Gauge, please include a copy of the invoice. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and customer is still responsible for shipping charge.
