Carbide Pilot Chamber Reamers

Our Carbide Pilot Chamber Reamers are manufactured to meet either SAAMI or Military specifications. Each reamer is produced from premium-grade carbide to ensure exceptional durability, accuracy, and performance.

Features:

Precision-ground carbide construction using the highest-quality carbide available.
Standard 0.4375-inch cylindrical shank.
Removable pilots secured with either a C-clip or snap ring for easy replacement.
Includes one bushing sized to the nominal bore diameter and equipped with oil grooves for use with a muzzle-flush system.

Pilot Finisher Reamers:

Manufactured to a tolerance of +0.0010" to +0.0015" over print size to meet production requirements.

Rougher Reamers:

Three-flute design with chip breakers on the body for efficient material removal.
Body and neck dimensions are held to 0.009" under print size.
Rougher reamers do not include a throat section.
