Accuracy can be greatly affected by erosion. Quickly and easily check the wear of your service rifle muzzle with this simple tool. The gauge simply slides into the muzzle and a reading is taken.

Our muzzle erosion gauges are used to test the wear in your muzzle to determine if your barrel is in need of re-crowning or replacement.

The gauge is inserted into the muzzle and has stepped diameters in .0005 increments. A direct reading of the bore ID at the muzzle end.
