Description

VIPER'S VENOM is a heavy-duty cutting oil of medium viscosity fortified with saponifiables, combined with sulphur and chlorine. Available in a variety of sizes.

INTENDED USES: VIPER'S VENOM is used as a general purpose cutting oil for ferrous metals where cutting speeds are low and where a high degree of lubricity and protection from metal pick-up and welding is required.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

Viscosity at 38°C 215-235 SUS
Saponifiables - 10%
Unsaponifiables - 85%
Sulphur - 2%
Chlorine - 3%

ADVANTAGES:

VIPER'S VENOM is a stable product. It contains saponifiables to promote adhesion to the work and tools and to provide oiliness.
Fortified with sulphur and chlorine to reduce metal pick-up, galling and welding.
Good cooling ability.
Will cause only slight staining of ferrous metals.

Resistant to rancidity.
